"La fábrica": Dadles vosotros de comer (cada martes)
Es una actividad sencilla para demostrar de una forma práctica el amor de Dios a la gente necesitada de Valencia.
¿Dónde y cuando? Los martes a las 20:00h salimos para visitar diversos sitios en la ciudad, entre ellos una fábrica abandonada, donde vive gente con necesidad. Si quieres acompañarnos, danos un toque al numero: 626036180 (Jonathan) y quedamos para ir juntos.
Repartiendo comida a los necesitados en "La Fábrica".
¿Qué tengo que traer? Un termo con café con leche y azucar o cola cao caliente, vasos de plástico o un por ejemplo un paquete de galletas. Por supuesto, tambien puedes llevar otros cosas para regalarles, como jabon, pasta de dientes, champu, etc. Todo esto les viene de muy bienvenido.
¿Para qué? Para compartir nuestra fe de una forma práctica y sencilla con la gente necesitada que vive en los parques y casas abandonadas en Valencia, trayéndoles algo para refrescarse y alimentarse mientras compartimos algun tiempo hablando con ellos y animándoles.

Reunión de jóvenes (cada sábado) Los sábados por la tarde sobre las 19h nos reunimos con los jóvenes de la iglesia El Sal Nuestro objetivo es animar a los jóvenes en su fe, discipularlos y juntos anunciar el evangelio. Nos reunimos en Pasándolo bien durante la transformación del local de la iglesia. Campaña de evangelismo MOLA : si tienes algo que contar, ¡no te calles! Todos los veranos JCUM Madrid sale para su habitual campaña de evangelismo, llamada MOLA (Misiones Oportunidades, Lanzate a Haciendo el payaso durante M.O.L.A. Conferencia "Revolution III" en Gran Canaria, 13 al 15 de Agosto '09 ¿El tema de la conferencia? ‘Revoluciόn’. Fue una combinación perfecta de musica, baile, oracion y charlas a cargo de 2 predicadores conocidos: Carlos Ortiz y Joe

Con este proposito, MOLA lleva varios años viniendo a Valencia, coloborando con varias iglesias.
Por ejemplo,en el 2008 ayudaron a Misión Urbana en su tarea. Sea como sea, el objetivo es compartir el amor y la gracia de Dios a quien quiera recibirlo.
Como parte de su EDE, en julio de 2009 vinieron 20 estudiantes de JCUM Madrid otra vez a Valencia y Castellon. Estudiantes y lideres se alojaron en iglesias para vivir, cocinar, comer, dormir y ensayar para el evangelismo de las tardes. Fueron 2 semanas intensas, 24 horas al dia de compartir la vida, hacer actuaciones en lugares publicos a tope de gente, como parques y el paseo marítimo. Cada dia anunciabamos a los que quisieran escuchar, las mejores noticias que podemos llevar a este mundo: que hay un Dios vivo ¡y que nuestras vidas le importan! Fue genial ver que tantas personas, jovenes y mayores, se detuvieran para ver los bailes y las actuaciónes, disfrutando de la musica o tomando los refrescos gratis que repartimos.Tuvimos charlas interesantes con muchas personas y a veces nos permitian orar por ellas. Un dia en la playa 3 chicas jovenes acceptaron a Jesus Cristo en sus vidas tras ser impactadas por uno de los dramas. El Espiritu Santo se movia!
Como parte de la campaña, también ayudamos a arreglar un jardin de un hogar de la tercera edad. Ademas, limpiamos parques y calles: servicio gratuito para la comunidad.
Viaje de misiones a las Islas Canarias (agosto 2009)
¡Siiiiii! ¡Por fin! Despus de unos meses recaudando fondos de diferentes maneras creativas, todo el grupo de jóvenes salimos juntos en nuestro primer viaje de misiones. Destino....Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Fue emocionante e instructivo. Una experiencia única para todos los que la vivimos! Asistimos a una conferencia de jóvenes de toda España durante 3 dias, hicimos evangelismo, juegos de equipos en la playa, turismo y ‘sobrevivimos’ las condiciones de vida básica de la pequeña iglesia donde estuvimos alojados esa semana.
Rosas.
Nos desafiaron a vivir una vida radical basada en principios biblicos y de tomar en serio nuestro compromiso de seguir a Jesús, a la vez que hacernos morir de risa. Nos animaron a testificar libremente de nuestra fe a los que nos rodean diariamente ya sean familia, colegas de trabajo o compañeros de escuela. Genial.
Hacer entrevistas a gente de la calle sobre cuestiones de la vida y la fe, fue parte de la conferencia.

Grupo de discipulado ¿De qué se trata? Estudio biblico (cómo llevar tu fe a la práctica), oración y compañerismo. ¿Cuándo nos reunimos? Cada sábado, a las 4 de la tarde, nos reunimos en la iglesia El Salvador (Cabañal). Si quieres saber más, llama a: Aline al: 691357276 2010 y más allá!
¿Quienes somos? Somos un grupo, enfocado a ‘nueves creyentes’ o recién bautizados, que desean crecer en su fe y su relaciόn con Dios, aprender mas acerca los propόsitos que Dios tiene para sus vidas. El grupo está abierto tanto a hombres como a mujeres de diferentes edades (sobre 20-40 años).
Lo importante es compartir, animar y bendecir mútuamente en el proceso de conocermejor a Dios y a su Palabra.
Alguna vez has pensado en profundizar tu relación con Dios, saber mas de Su carácter, Su corazón para ti y el mundo? En qué consiste una vida cristiana real día a día?
En la ‘Escuela de Discipulado’ (EDE) puedes aprender mas sobre estas cosas. Nuestro plan es empezar una escuela nocturna en 2010. Nocturna se refiere al hecho de que las clases se impartiran en las tardes de un dia o varios entre semana durante varios meses.

"The Factory": You feed them (every Tuesday)
It's a simple local mercy activitiy, showing God's love in a practical way to people in need on the streets of Valencia. y giving hot coffee to people on the street to show God's love in a practical way. See .
Where and when? At 20:00h on Tuesdays we use to visit various places in the city, among which a deserted factory, where people in need live temporarily. If you want to join us, just give us a call at:
626036180 (Jonathan) and we will arrange with you how to go there together.

What to bring? A thermos with hot coffee with sugar and milk, hot chocolate or plastic cups and things like a pack of cookies. If everyone brings something, we can share these things among the different groups. You are free to bring other things like soap, toothpaste, shampoo etc. All this is welcome to them!
Why? To share our faith in a practical way and with a simple gesture blessing people in need who are living in parques, deserted houses in and around Valencia, bringing them some refreshments while we share some time together encouraging them.

Youth meetings (every Saturday)
Putting things into practice at El Salvador Youth group (picture below).
Saturdays about 7 pm we get together with the youth group of the church of El Salvador, situated in the neighbourhood of Cabañal. If you are in Valencia and you want to visit us in church on a Sunday, then have a look at their website.
Our goal is to encourage youth in their faith, to disciple them and to spread the gospel together. We hold our meetings at the church, at somebody’s house, in the Turia park, at the beach or wherever fits best. MOLA Evangelism campaign: if you have to share something, don’t keep it to yourself!

The summers, YWAM Madrid has it’s annual summer campaign of evangelism, the so-called 'MOLA' (Missions Opportunities Live the Adventure). The students of the Training School (D.T.S.) in Torrejon de Ardoz, go out on the streets to share the gospel through music, arts and through other creative ways. Besides that, they do volunteerwork wherever there are social needs or they support the local churches in their projects. The last few years they came to Valencia, to join forces with us and the church (youth) here. Last year for example, we helped Mision Urbana in it’s social services (centre to be compared with the Salvation Army).
Anyway, in all we do, our goal is to share God’s grace and love to whoever wants to receive it.

It was great to see that many people, young and old, stopped to watch the dances, and dramas, enjoying the music or accepting free drinks we were handing out.
We had lots of interesting talks and sometimes they allowed us to pray for them. One day at the beach 3 young girls accepted Jesus after being impacted by a drama. The Spirit was moving!
As for the practical part of our campaign, we helped out in the garden of a home for eldery people and did some serious cleaning of streets and parks as a free service to the community.
Mission trip to The Canary Islands

Yesss! Finally, we had it going! After some months of preparing and creative fundraising, the whole youthgroup was ready to take off on it’s first mission trip together. Destination..:Las Palmas of the Canary Islands. It was an exiting time and quite a learning experience for everyone involved!
We attended a 3 day youthconference for Spanish youth from all over Spain, did evangelism, teambuilding games on the beach, some tourism and we ‘survived’ the basic living conditions in the small church where we were hosted that week.
The theme of the conference?: ‘Revolution’: is was a perfet mix of music and dance, prayer and talks by two well-know evangelists: Carlos Ortiz and Joe Rosas (Below).
They challenged us to live a radical life on biblical principles and to be serious about our commitment to follow Jesus. At the same time they made us laugh a lot! Cool.
They encouraged us to share our faith openly to people around us in every day life, whether family, collegues at work or classmates. Time for ‘revolutionary’ thinking...Taking interviews with people on the streets about life and faith, was part of the conference as well.
We are looking forward to the next trip! Are you coming?
Discipleship group
Who are we? We are a group of people, especially 'new believers' or recently baptized, who wish to grow in their faith and relation with God. To learn more about the purposes He has for their lives. The group is open to men and women of different ages (from 20 - 40 y/o).
What are we doing? Biblestudy (how to put your faith into practice), prayer and fellowship. The important thing is share, encourage and bless each other mutually going through the proces of getting a better understanding of God and His Word.
When and where do we meet? Every Saturday, at 4 pm in the church of El Salvador (Cabañal).

Our plan is to set up an evening school this year, which means that classes take place on a weekday in the evening during several months.
